Appartamento Kalos is a holiday home in Torre dell`Orso, ideal for a holiday by the sea near Melendugno. It accommodates up to 6 guests and is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, barbecue, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair-dryer, tv, mosquito nets, electric oven. In the garden there are a parking area, outdoor shower and outdoor furniture. Pets are allowed.

The apartment is on the first floor of a small villa and, on the ground floor, there is an exclusive and furnished garden. In the garden there is a beautiful gazebo with outdoor dining area, barbecue, outdoor shower and parking.
The stairs next to the gazebo lead to the balcony which introduces Appartamento Kalos. The holiday home consists of a living room with tv, sofa bed and dining area, kitchenette, corridor with air conditioning, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 full bathroom.

The apartment is in Torre dell`Orso, near Melendugno. The beautiful beach, dominated by the legendary "Due Sorelle"
is 1,2 kilometers away the holiday home. In the city centre, during
Summer, there are many services and bars where you can spend lovely
evenings.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in via Padova n 1  - San Foca (at the Agency UnMetroDaMare )
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 60 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the living room.
- The first floor bathroom has not shower.
- The shower is external in the garden in a closed cubicle.
- The first floor bathroom has a window overlooking a veranda used as kitchenette.
