You will be at the doorstep of the Jawbone Flora and Fauna Reserve, a protected conservation area featuring wetlands, open grasslands, saltmarshes, and mangroves. The reserve offers fantastic opportunities for bird watching and cycling or walking along The Bay Trail. Additionally, a 20-minute walk will take you to Williamstown Beach, where you can enjoy the beach, local cafes and eateries. The Townhouse has 3 levels. Level one has direct access to the lock up garage, a full bathroom with bathtub, study area, European style Laundry with front load washer and dryer.
