It has 2 decks for relaxing after a day at the beach which is only an 8-minute car ride across the scenic Eau Gallie Causeway. A quick walking distance to charming & unique shopping, dining and bars in the Eau Gallie Art District. Venture out to Historic Downtown Melbourne within minutes.

The bedroom has an antique French brass fireplace that illuminates with crackling logs. 1 bathroom. w/large shower, towels and basic toiletries. Kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils, pots & pans, toaster oven, microwave, spices, coffee maker, full sized refrigerator, & stove w/oven. Free WIFI. 2 decks equipped w/chairs, tables, umbrella & a cool breeze coming off the river. Living room has 32" TV w/Amazon Fire Stick.

This particular area is growing with gorgeous restaurants, galleries and marinas that rent out motor boats, kayaks, paddle boards & canoes.
