The apartment is in a great location with access to buses and trams within a 5 minute walk. There are shops within a 15 minute walk and the beach is approximately 20-25 minutes walk away. Communication from the owner was very good and they were quick to respond with any additional queries. The apartment itself was spacious and had everything needed for cooking your own meals. It could benefit from a few more glasses but other than that, you had everything you needed.

Lovely, well lit apartment a short walk from several tram lines. You can bird watch from the window while you enjoy your coffee, walk through the nearby dog park and make a friend, take in the St Kilda pier, and still have half your day left for a museum. The kitchen is a huge plus and saves a ton of money you can use for more interesting things than getting takeout every night. Overall this was a great base for exploring Melbourne and the hosts were very helpful and responsive to any questions we had.
