Great location and friendly staff, let down by bad smell in room and empty soap dispenser in shower. Shower looks like it needs a really good deep clean. Issues reported to management on checking out.

No staff around for check in which was disappointing, paid for a deluxe King bed/room which ended up being 2 singles pushed together. Unfortunately no parking onsite. You have to park your car in the public carpark around the corner and walk back to the hotel which is annoying for unloading luggage. TV has no facilities for cable channels or to use streaming services. Overall average stay. Felt it was overpriced for what we got.

Excellent Hotel. Close to public transport and a lot of Melbourne's tourist attractions. Only problem I had was finding a staff member as the check in is now via computer. Also was forced to use my Credit card when purchasing drinks when I preferred to pay cash.

Grimy shower grout, fan didn’t work in the shower so you had to shower with the door open otherwise it was a steam room. Air conditioner didn’t work and the room was warm and stuff all night. Room wasn’t ready at 2pm Check in, told it had to be released by the cleaners. Your paying for a room for 20 hours you would expect the room to be ready by 2pm.
