Location was very good. Lots of small shops/eateries nearby. Apartment not do good! As you walk in there is a fishy smell. The bathroom basin has a huge crack/gash in it, so the water sits in the crack and the bathroom smells terrible. The extractor fan is squeaky and noisy. The 2nd bedroom has no aircon or fan so gets hot. The aircon switches off when you turn the lights off. The only couch in the apartment is very hard and uncomfortable. It’s covered with a dirty fleece blanket. The kitchen had no scissors. It is difficult to get into the fridge as it’s built inside a cupboard and the cupboard door doesn’t stay open and bangs into you. The fridge door opens the opposite way making it difficult to access. The half size dishwasher works well. I alerted the owner to the basin x2 and he just ignored me. The garbage Shute was locked and we had not been given any instructions/keys so we could not use garbage Shute. Recycling Shute was available to use. You don’t get told at time of booking that you have to pick up keys in a different location…this is a pain as you then have to walk about 5 minutes with your luggage. The place where keys are located is a gaming venue which was not very nice. Disappointing stay unfortunately.
