It was difficult to communicate with host. InThe end Stayz intervened and helped toAssist We asked for linen for 3rd person , it sleeps6. It was very difficult to get sheets. We were supplied 2 towelsAnd a bath mat for 3 over 60 year old adults? It stated the first few days coffee tea milk etc would be supplied? Out of date coffeePods and teabags supplied. No milk. AllWindows were filthy. The location was amazing. The first night proved awfulForPerson on sofa bed. All the springs push through mattress. He ended upSleeping on the return of lounge with our sofa bed. It is dangerous. The microwave oven has the wrong turntable . On top of that the drawers to dishwasher were not on runners. It tookUsAn age to put together. The wifi instructions and password on unit door were not correct. It tookSomeTime to get wifi sorted to contact stayz. Eventually after 37Hours we were delivered extra towels. We were at thisPoint told we are unable toHave anymore than 1Swipe card and one set of keys? The whole experience was sad. Thankfully the location is excellent. However the building and its manager do a terrible job of maintaining cleanliness. Coffee and soft drinks spilt in foyerand not cleaned for days. Note a schoolIsIn this building . Guests can only use 1 lift so there isOften aWait . Location and transport were exceptional. The windows and glaze for sound is not professional. All the glassAnd screens are illFitting and the sliding door isUnlocked unsafe.
