🚶‍♂️ Walking – You’re within walking distance of the Royal Botanic Gardens, the Arts Precinct, Southbank Promenade, and Flinders Street Station. The neighbourhood is flat, safe, and pedestrian-friendly.

🚗 Driving & Parking – If you’re driving, access to major roads is nearby. Limited street parking is available, and there may be secure parking in the building (please confirm availability in advance).

🚖 Rideshare & Taxis – Uber and local taxis are readily available in the area and typically arrive within minutes.

THINGS TO NOTE:

PARKING: There is parking available for one car at the property in the garage. There is also time limited free street parking available.

NOISE: The property is in a peaceful quiet neighbourhood. To respect the peace of the community - we kindly request no loud music or loud parties. Noise curfew 10pm

STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide you with complimentary essential starter supplies for your stay. This includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and a few other items for your comfort. This is not intended to last for the duration of your booking but to avoid having to immediately head to the supermarket on arrival.

LINEN: We supply hotel quality linen and bath towels for your stay.

LONG STAYS:
All stays 14-28 nights must have a mid-stay cleaning service at an additional cost. This allows for our team to periodically clean, maintain, and inspect the property. This is non-negotiable.

CHECK OUT
We don`t want you to do a long list of chores before you check out. We just kindly ask that you put back furniture the way you found it (only if somethings been moved), stack the dishwasher and put the rubbish out. Our cleaners will do the rest.

AGE REQUIREMENT:
We do request that adult guests are over the age of 25 years of age. 18-24 years are welcome if staying with other adults over 25 years of age. Children are welcome.

MANAGEMENT FEE - this is our damage waiver to cover any accidental damages so you don`t have to worry - see house rules for the details.

PETS: No pets allowed at the property.
