Great house in a very convenient location

We really enjoyed a 2 week stay at Irene's house over summer. It is so convenient to be able to wander down the beach with the kids without having to get in the car ! The location is really fantastic for all parts of Point Leo and it's a 2 minute walk to the Kiosk for your morning coffee :) I was very happy with communicating with Irene, and would recommend the property for families or even a couple of families as there is plenty of room.

We had a good communication with the owner. The property was so close to the beach. The house is old. There were insects everywhere in the house. There were big Carpenter Ants inside and outside the house. We also saw Rats. The bed linens were provided in each room , they seem old and made us feel really itchy, not sure if they were fresh sheets. I suggest if they could change the linens and the bed sheets. The bed frame in one of the rooms was broken. The guest had to sleep on the floor. It was very uncomfortable.

Amazing beach

The location is a short walk to a great patrolled beach, house is quite old with quirky styling. Most basic amenities supplied but unfortunately these need lots of attention to maintenance and cleanliness inside and out, which is expected at check in. Lots of spiders and bugs, insect spray provided though. We would’ve then had a more hygienic, comfortable and hassle free family vacation.

Great convenient place to the Beach. Although the most parts of the house is old feels quite comfortable. Only recommendation is that could improve general cleaning of the bathrooms and beds / bed linen . Well equipped house.
