4 spacious bedrooms, (3 queen + 1 double), large lounging family living rooms with ample relaxing space on couches. Everything you need for a quiet getaway with loved ones!

- Boasting 4 spacious bedrooms + 2 full bathrooms with hardwood floor finishes and white walls giving a homey feel in a quiet, residential neighbourhood
- A modern style kitchen features quality appliances, stone benchtops, dishwasher and plenty of storage space.
- Open plan living zone offers space and comfort while allowing for access to the low maintenance backyard perfect for entertaining friends and family.
- Laundry room complete with washing machine and dryer and also a drying rack in the backyard for air drying
- Central cooling and ducted heating throughout
- Large open grassy backyard great for entertaining
