I accidentally booked this hotel, it was not where I thought it was, it was my mistake. I called and ask to cancel but the reception said they require 24 hours notice even tho I was booking a hotel the same day as I was arriving and immediately called to cancel. Very disappointing

Absolutely filthy mattress and mattress protector on the bed. Blood stains on the mattress protector where you would be sleeping next to the pillow. No mattress protector replacements. Went to put it at the foot of the bed and when we peeled it back, there was a MASSIVE STAIN - probably urine - in the middle of the bed 1/3rd of the way down. No other rooms - told to flip it over - well the other side was even in a worse state.

I liked that it was a good size and didn’t make you feel like you were in a normal hotel room. For the price I paid I was expecting a little better but instead I was very underwhelmed with the furniture and decor I found it very dated and just unappealing. I was all so expecting to have a tv in the bedroom which is pretty standard these days so we could relax and unwind in the bed rather than having to sit in another room. Not writing this review to be nasty but hoping this feedback will help you know what guests are expecting

Barely got to sleep in the room because the trees have grown into the windows and the roof of our unit. It was a very windy night and the sounded like the roof was gonna come off or someone was breaking in all night. Definitely not staying here again. For $200 a night it was definitely a let down
