Jettycove at the heart of Rosebud: Longer Stay & Pet Welcome

A humble 50s cottage-turned-beach house on a 1205sqm block. It provides a secluded environment in the heart of the Rosebud with easy access to everything. A renovated fully-equipped kitchen & 2 original bathrooms, and 3 sleep areas can house up to 11 guests. BBQ & outdoor dining during summer months. Free linens/towels/Wifi. The property is pet-friendly but has a No Party No Excessive Noise Policy. Longer Stay inquiries are welcome.

Location: Within a stone's throw from the golden sands of Port Philip Bay and Rosebud's main shopping precinct, Jettycove Beach House provides the most sought-after locale in Rosebud.

Bed Configurations: This air-conditioned holiday home features three sleeping areas with all linen and towels provided free of charge. We do apologize that we are unable to provide a Port-a-cot due to operational difficulty which could potentially cause safety concerns.

- Bedroom 1: Queen Bedroom sleeps 2;
- Bedroom 2: 2 Bunk Beds sleeps 5;
- Sleeping area 3: Front Lounge-turned-sleeping area 3 + Sofabed sleeps 1;

Kitchen: A recently installed new & fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, induction stove, oven, and microwave, as well as an espresso machine, electric kettle, toaster, utensils, and crockery. Tea, coffee, and coffee capsules are all supplied free of charge. A high chair can be arranged upon request.

- Bathroom 1: contains an original shower and a bathtub in the front part of the house;
- A separate toilet is next to the back family room with a connecting door to the backyard.
- Laundry turned bathroom 2: 1 original shower & 1 separate toilet.
Please check the attached floor plan for a better illustration. You need to bring your own toothbrush and comb for hygiene reasons.

Entertainment: Unlimited internet service to our guests free of charge. Please be aware that the reception of free-to-air TV is weak in Rosebud. The free-to-air TV channels are limited. Should you intend to watch streaming services during your stay, please bring your laptop and an HDMI cable so you can watch using your account. We provide some board games for that wintery night, however, due to the frequency of usage and hygiene reasons, we suggest you bring your own. The big backyard is fully fenced and may be used for children to run around. However, it is a little sloppy so please ensure there is adult supervision at all times. The BBQ and the outdoor dining set are stored inside the tin shed and can be moved outside when in use. Guests are required to return all furniture & equipment to their original places.

Laundry: There is a front-load washing machine and a dryer. Laundry powder, iron & iron board are provided free of charge.

Parking: Jettycove Beach House is located on a large block of 1205 sqm so there are ample spaces for your cars, boat, or jet ski onsite.

No Party & No Excessive Noise Policy: By booking this property, you are accepting this policy. Failure to observe the rules will result in police attendance and a council fine.

The standard cleaning fee you are paying only covers our Standard Departure Cleaning (SDC) which covers stripping/washing/drying all linen/towels, making all beds, cleaning of bathrooms & toilets, dusting vacuum, mopping, and wiping down of services. Any additional or excessive cleaning other than that described in the SDC will result in a $60/hr deductible from your security bond. Please note: this property is not a full-service commercial facility, so please remove any items that have been brought in, any waste generated, and clean any utensils used, put back any furniture you moved to its original location before your departure.

Access: The guest will be provided with self-check-in access info on the morning of arrival.
