Pity about the shower! The staff are great, the location is terrific (around the corner from shops, cafes, and a grocery store; 15 minute stroll to the amazing Victoria Market and downtown. . .); the bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the shaving cream dispenser in the bathroom. The only drawback was the shower. . I've used low-flow showerheads for years, and in 30 years of travel have long since stopped expecting a firehouse of hot water when I step into a shower, but this unfortunate device literally just trickled a handful of drops. . .it was like standing under a leaky faucet. It took a long time to wash, since only a few inches of skin could be moistened at a time. But, truly, aside from this--a terrific property and an astounding deal, so just sponge bathe and enjoy Melbourne.

Fully functional common kitchen with crockery and all needed utensils - has microwaves, cook-top, toaster and grille, It includes electric iron & board. Well located close to CBD, free tram zone and about 15 minutes walk to Aldi/ Woolworths. Close to Flagstaff gardens and about 25 minutes walk to the harborfront. A seven-eleven is about 3-5 minutes walk away and Victoria market is about 15 minutes walk away!
A nice hotel 20 min. walking distance from the CBD. Excellent combination price-quality.

I'm sorry about the shower head, did you report it? unless they are blocked, the pressure here is normally great!! unfortunately with the water saving heads, occasionally a restrictor gets blocked, it's an easy fix that all the reception team are trained in. could you let us know which room you stayed in, so we can ensure this has been attended to.
