Everything you need.

Friendly staff and the rooms have everything you need. You can also store your bags for free after checking out which was really helpful! The only thing letting it down was no lift but I knew that before booking.

First time at the Miami and it was a good stay overall. Handy location and very easy access to/from the carpark. My only minor issues were noisy neighbours (the walls are thin!) and the fact my king bed was actually two singles pushed together - big no no. But I would stay again.

Quiet location, only 20 min walk from southern cross station, friendly staff, clean room, comfy bed. No restaurant or bar on site, but there are a range of them very close by.
