I may have already rated this hotel, but it’s worth repeating. We absolutely loved our stay at the Hyatt Centric — the service was outstanding, and the hotel itself was comfortable, stylish, and exactly what we were looking for. We didn’t opt for the included breakfast, and eco-friendly features weren’t a priority for us, so I didn’t comment on those aspects. What mattered most was the overall experience, and on that front, the Hyatt Centric delivered beautifully. We’ll happily return for another stay. My only wish is that the price could be a little lower — but even so, it was a fantastic experience.

Modern hotel with spacious twin room which had lots of outlets to charger your devices. Located in CBD so close to all restaurants and transportation; entrance is not impressive but it seems most of entrances in this city were side street entrances. Excellent location and short walk to Melbourne Convention Centre and DFO. Has a beautiful near new bespoke vibe including the pool. Very good breakfast menu. Something for everyone of all dietary requirements. Loved the restaurant / function location on the 25th floor. Stunning views. Staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

I absolutely loved my stay at Hyatt Centric Melbourne. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and genuine. The rooms are stylish, spacious, and thoughtfully designed — with incredible views of the city and river. The location is unbeatable — an easy walk to Southbank, the laneways, and great shopping.
