The Space: Current Bedding Configuration:
1st bedroom: 1 x Double bed 2nd bedroom: 1x Double bed open bedroom (this is designed as a study room before, now turns to be a bedroom, there is no door comes with this room, please take this into consideration before booking with us)
1 full bathroom located near the entrance with shower/bathtub and toilet.
Spacious space living room with comfortable sofa and a smart & cable TV .
Essentials provided including towels, shampoo & hair dryer. Kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge etc... Hair Dryer, Iron and washing machine provided. FREE WIFI within the house
** Regarding parking, there is NO allocated parking spot comes with our unit, but there is paid Wilson parking nearby. **When you stay with us, you can use the common facilities in the building, on level 11th, there is gym/pool, just touch your fob to get access, on level 70th, there is lounge area, also a smaller gym/pool and spa. please note opening hours for facilities is from 5am-11pm.
IMPORTANT NOTE: 1: Please note bedroom 2 is a study room(no door) with Double size bed, when you have more than 3 people to come to stay with us, for the 3th person,we will charge an extra acoomandationa fare of A$45 per nights x total nights, please make sure you put the correct guests number information when making booking. 2: If your guys want to use the building dinner room, please inform us at least one week before your arrival, cause we need to contact owner to make appointment with building to secure this.
Guest Access: Please treat the place as your home during your stay.
You are invited to cook in the kitchen, store drinks inside the fridge and wash clothes inside the washing machine.
Please take care of your dirty dishes, and clean the microwave after use, extra cleaning charges $30 if the microwave is found uncleaned after use.
Whenever you leave the house, please ensure all the lights, appliances are switched off.
Please return the keys back to the lockbox upon checkout.

LOSS OF KEYS Once you checked in the keys and access devices are your responsibility. Charge for loss of key/access devices would be $300 per set. If you get locked out of the house, we would charge $100 for attending the house and unlocking the door (or you can call a local locksmith).
DAMAGE Deposit will be taken in place if any damage or loss happens in the room.
