Pets:
The backyard is fully fenced and we welcome pets at our property. They are also welcome to stay inside accompanied, though is required you clean up after your pets.
Pets are also not allowed on the furniture.

Groups:
This property is suitable for families, couples and large groups.
We do not accept schoolies bookings at this house, please ask us about our other properties that do.


Bookings:
Accommodation check-in and check-out time during the week is negotiable, dependent on the booking dates of other guests
Weekend stays must include both Friday and Saturday nights, we recommend you stay for an additional night on the weekend to get the most out of your stay.
The price will increase as your guest numbers increase to cover extra cost of linen, towels, cleaning and utilities. The base rate is for 4 people.
The price increases for each guests after 4.
