Perfect option for Port Melbourne stay
Location is 1 block to the beach, bike & running path, 2 blocks to the tram into Melbourne, 3 blocks to loads of coffee shops, bakeries, grocery store and restaurants. Very safe and convenient. In unit laundry a big plus.
Property was overall nice for a couple to stay a few days (thanks for providing an actual Nespresso espresso maker also for good espresso while there.....we just bought the capsules are were good to go?)
We did not use the kitchen other than non-cooked breakfast, but it looked decently useful for 2-person cooking.
One issue upon arrival was that getting the access key was not ideal (especially when arriving with suitcases). Key access via lockbox was behind building in alley-way, so makes it necessary to have taxi go around back (which we did) or else risk someone being in front of bldg by themselves with suitcases while other goes around behind to try and find the lockbox. Also, pics sent of lock box location did not look exactly the same, so it was not easy to find. We eventually found location, but then there were about 6 lockboxes and so we had to try the code sent to us on 3-4 of them before hitting the right one. Correct lockbox had a number on it to distinguish it from others, but I did not recall seeing that number in the "retrieve key" instructions company sent.
But otherwise, very happy with place, and would likely rent again (especially since we now know about the entry key).
