A full linen & bathroom package is incl with bookings of 4 nights or more. BYO Beach Towels. 3 nights or less, this property provides the basic linen package; includes mattress protectors, doonas, doona covers, pillows. You are to bring sheets, pillow cases, bathroom towels & bathroom linen, beach towels. Contact our office for hire linen prices which incl delivery & beds made up prior to arrival. Hire linen orders must be received at least 1 week prior to arrival during the year, 4 weeks prior during Summer peak times from 1 December to 31 January.

BOOKING POLICY
A Security deposit of $1500 will be held on your stored Credit Card and pre authorised the day prior to arrival.

No schoolie groups bookings, events, or parties. Only mature guests will be considered. Instant bookings that do not comply with the minimum requirements will not be accepted & cancelled. Our booking terms & conditions cancellation policy will apply.
