Awesome and extremely convenient surroundings. We're situated on City Rd in Southbank. Just a stone's throw away from Crown Casino and Eureka Skydeck.



We're also a 15min walk to Southgate Ave and Flinders St station.



Enjoy the premiere culture destination in Southbank. Visit the National Gallery of VIctoria, Melbourne Recital Centre, the Australian Centre for Contemporary Art, the South Melbourne Market and more.



Experience city's finest restaurants include BearBrass on Southgate Ave, The Atlantic on Crown Towers, or a floating bar & restaurant called the Ponyfish Island.



There are tons of things to do in the city itself which are mostly a quick stroll away.

Getting Around:

Needless to say, surrounded by trams, cabs, buses, getting around is not going to be a problem at all.



We're only a 2 min walk to City Road/King's Way tram stop.



Myki is the card you will need for all public transport. When using a Myki card, please remember to always have sufficient value for your journey as hefty on the spot fines apply if you travel without correct fare or do not "tap on." Trips are about $3.80 for a 2-hour journey, but it all depends on what zones you travel in, if you are a concession card holder and if you buy a day pass.



Myki cards can be topped up at any 7-11 Stores (7-Eleven Eureka Tower) or at many other shops that display the MYKI logo. MYKI machines are located at major tram stops, train stations and at convenience stores and news agents. Please be aware that cards can't be topped up on trams or trains any longer.



Flinders St station is only a 15min walk away from us.



4min walk to Europcar South Melbourne. (56-58 Clarendon St, Southbank VIC 3006, Australia) if you need to rent a car.



If you drive, the nearest paid parking lot is available at “Crown Parking, 33 Haig St, Southbank VIC 3006” just a 3 min walk away from us. Alternatively you may look online for other suitable parking options.



If you just need to park your car temporarily for an hour or so, then you may observe the paid street parking signs around us.

This is a private home ALL TO YOURSELF and you WON'T be sharing this with any strangers during your stay.



This pad accommodates 4 adults generously but a max of 6 overnight. Any more than 4 adult guests overnight will attract an extra AU$14 per night, per additional guest.



The sleeping arrangement for the 5th and 6th adult would be on a 3-seater sofa bed which folds out to a double with extra quilts, pillows, sheets & covers.
