Guest Access & Community:

Guests will have full, private access to the entire studio, including the back patio and beachfront area. Enjoy easy access to the ocean via the dune crossover bridge, located just steps away from the property. The studio is part of a building with four other units, but you'll have your own unit and plenty of privacy.

The parking lot is paved and available for your use, ensuring a hassle-free arrival and departure.

Turtle Season
From May through October, this area is home to nesting sea turtles. Please be mindful of the beach rules during turtle season, such as keeping lights off at night and avoiding disturbing marked nests. It’s an incredible time to witness nature, but it’s essential to protect these creatures.

Salt Air Caution
Please avoid leaving doors open for extended periods. The salt air can cause damage to the furniture and electronics inside the studio, so we kindly ask you to close doors when not in use.

Pet Policy
We welcome one small pet (max 25 lbs) with a $100 pet fee. Please ensure your furry friend is well-behaved and comfortable in new environments. Please pick up after your pet and dispose of in outside trash containers located by the road.

Registered Guests Only
Please do not invite other guests over to spend the day or night without prior permission. Permission will be granted on how occupied the property is at the time. If allowed, max occupancy is 4.

Beach Access
To access the beach, you'll need to walk down a set of stairs to access the water and beach. Patio overlooks the beach area and ocean.

Shared Building
While the studio is private, it is located in a building with four other units. Please be mindful of other guests, and observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. to ensure everyone has a peaceful stay.
