Welcome to your Melbourne Beach getaway!

Step into this 2500 Sq Ft 2-story, 3bd/3 1/2 bath home, which is walking distance to a quiet beach.

Primary bedroom is on the 1st level with a King size Tempurpedic adjustable bed and an ensuite bathroom.

First level also has a half bathroom and laundry area.

Walk upstairs to an open loft with a futon and flat screen TV on the wall.

Remaining bedrooms are upstairs with each having their own bathroom and flat screen TV as well.

One bed room has a Queen size bed and a desk, and can easily accommodate an air mattress with plenty of room if needed.

The other bedroom has two bunk beds that have three twin mattresses and one full mattress that can accommodate 4 Adults or 5 small children.

Take a dip in the pool after hanging out at the beach and dine alfresco on the screened back patio.

Home has a 6 foot privacy fence with a long driveway with plenty of parking.
