This spacious townhouse offers plenty of room to spread out, master suite balcony with a peek out to the ocean and a relaxing front patio area, great for outdoor dining and catching the sunset. The first floor has a large living space, along with modern kitchen and 1/2 bath. The second floor has 2 spacious bedrooms, both with ensuite and balconies. There's a full sized washer and dryer on this level as well. The 3rd loft/bedroom has a full sized trundle bed. There's also a 1 car garage, loaded with beach toys and an additional dedicated parking spot.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.
