Big shout out to Simon who runs this hotel superbly the staff were attentive,friendly and professional.Breakfast was wonderful and dinner was a treat. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in.Very welcoming and I will return.

The entire staff was delightful. Breakfast was delicious and so was dinner in the Victoria restaurant. Rooms are modern and very clean. Great location for hiking. Highly recommend.

Fabulous Property

Stay at The Victoria, Meiringen and you won't be disappointed. From the warm welcome, a comfortable room with a welcoming fruit basket and a breakfast with a wide variety of choices. A lovely gesture is the iced tea that you can help yourself to throughout the day and late afternoon iced coffee and cakes are provided on the house. In winter I was told gluhwein replaces the coffee.

Convenient and Best Restaurant in town

Upon arrival we are welcomed by the front desk and explained thoroughly to where our room is. Only downside is I find there is no air conditioning in the hotel and the days we arrived is pretty warm. Restaurant is excellent with breakfast included and it is very convenient close to train station and town.

Great Little Hotel in the Heart of Switzerland.

Great location across from the railway station and a beautiful place to wake up in the morning. Had a great view of the mountains. Staff were really friendly and the breakfast was great. A really comfortable place to stay. The only down side was the lack of a refrigerator in the room but this is normal for this part of the world. It was just that when I was there it was really hot and sunny and the place isn’t really designed for summer conditions. I certainly would stay here again.
