Verbano Boutique Apartment is located in a beautiful and modern complex on the first hill of Meina in a sunny and panoramic position. The brand new flat is furnished in a contemporary style. The bright and spacious living room with lounge, TV, dining area and super-equipped open kitchen overlooks the glass windows overlooking the lake. In front of it there is a terrace with 2 sun loungers and immediately below a small lawn with beautiful flowers equipped with sun loungers and dining table, from which there is a magnificent view of the lake. On the other side of the living room floor, leaving the kitchen, there is access to a small garden with a dining table in a shaded area and a barbecue. A bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower complete this floor. Going down a stone staircase, you reach the elegantly finished semi-basement floor with a double bedroom, a children's room with a bunk bed and cot and a large bathroom with shower. A garage is available for guests.

Volle Punktzahl f ür das Appartement.
4 Tage in der sehr schön sanierten Wohnung. Liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Eine Treppe zum Garten wäre nicht schlecht, der Absatz ist mit 30cm zu hoch und gefährlich...
Garage bedingt durch die Fiat 500 Zeit der 70ger Erbauungszeit? für meinen Touring (5,06m) etwas zu kurz. Gucken eben 50cm vorne raus... Macht nichts.
Der Wasserhahn in der Küche müßte mal richtig befestigt werden. Alles in allem eine komfortable Unterkunft, die natürlich in dieser Lage und mit dieser Top Aussicht ihren Preis hat.
Ach, das Licht könnte etwas "gemütlicher" sein. das liegt aber nicht am Inhaber, sondern an der EU Bürokratie, die die Glühbirne verboten hat! LED ist grausam!
Wir würde sicher wiederkommen! ( mit klassischen Glühbirnen...)

Komfortabler Aufenthalt mit grandioser Sicht
Das Apartment ist sehr gut aufgeteilt mit 2 separaten Schlafbereichen und ausreichend vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten innen und außen. Der Blick auf den See ist unschlagbar, im Sommer Sonnenaufgang direkt von der Terrasse zu sehen. Ausstattung modern, hell, freundlich, stilvoll. Ausstattung in der Küche sehr gut.
