Absolutely Lovely Stay

Lovely property with a fantastic staff. My bed was divine and the room was set up very well. The front desk was very helpful. I enjoyed the spa for an hour and we all loved the rooftop bar. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautifully decorated in a Alpine style, with much attention to detail. Excellent food, including the famous chocolaterie. Excellent rooms and bathrooms. The only negative is that if you have a room giving to the front, you may be woken up by loud voices - usually young people coming out of nightclubs.

I would have to say all the staff at the hotel are outstanding. They are personable and so helpful. There was no waiting for any request. This morning we left early for the airport. The kitchen was not open but the lovely lady who was organizing the buffet breakfast sent me on my way and 2 family members with a great breakfast to go

Stunning hotel in Megeve

The most beautiful hotel in Megeve, very cosy feeling to it and the staff were very friendly We received an upgrade upon check in which was a lovely surprise. The bedroom was gorgeous with plenty of space and a fabulous bathroom. The roof terrace was fabulous to have a drink and the breakfast was very good, a beautiful restaurant I highly recommend staying here, must be gorgeous in the winter.......will be back!

Fabulous place in central location and breathtaking small chocolate cafe and breakfast restaurant, the staff were helpful and genuine with help extended even one day after check out when i needed help, speciall thanks to mr. Raoul from front desk who arranged and took care of my requests.

Would be perfect with spa access

Beautifully decorated new hotel with diverse atmospheres between the lobby, chocolate lounge and rooftop bar, with very warmly appointed bedrooms. Everything would be perfect if the spa access (pool, jacuzzi, hammam, sauna) was possible without booking a treatment, like in all other 5 stars in Megève.

Most amazing hotel

Most amazing hotel and amazing service! Really feel you are the “only guest” in the hotel. Would never stay anywhere else in Megeve! Location is also perfect. Roof top is trendy, and hotel guest are also prioritized in the buzzing bar. Spa gives a feeling of exclusivity since only guests with booked treatments can access.
