Step into a beautiful two-room apartment that offers 58 square meters of space for vacation happiness. The raised first floor apartment looks out onto greenery and is therefore in a quiet location. The spacious living and dining room offers plenty of room for relaxing time-outs on the cozy (sofa) bed. This space invites you to read, laze around, surf the internet or enjoy your favorite series on the large flat-screen TV. At the dining table, you can play, talk and eat whatever has been conjured up in the adjoining kitchen.

The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a ceramic hob, an oven, a Nespresso and filter coffee machine, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a fridge and - to everyone's delight - a dishwasher. If you would like to sit outside with a cup of coffee, the balcony with a view of the greenery is just the place for you. There is a table and two chairs for sun worshippers and the parasol ensures that it doesn't get too hot.

A good night's sleep is guaranteed in the spacious bedroom with a modern double bed: the mattresses can be turned to a hard or soft side as desired, so that everyone can sleep according to their own taste. You can cool off in the bathroom. Here you have the choice of soaking in the bath or taking a shower in the integrated shower.

A car duplex parking space (max. car height 1.50 m) is located in the underground garage. Alternatively, a free outdoor parking space is available approx. 800 m away.
