Volme / Banjole 5 km from Pula Amphitheater: Child-friendly, nice single-family house on 2 levels. Volme are 500 m from the center of Banjole, only 400 m from the sea, 1.5 km from the beach. Private: property 780 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 135 cm, 01.04.-31.10.). Outdoor shower, barbecue. In the house: internet access, free WiFi, central heating, washing machine, parking by the house on the premises. Suitable for families. Supermarket 800 m, restaurant 800 m. Nearby: Rt Kamenjak Nature Park 3 km. Heated swimming pool, (extra, payable locally: EUR 200 / week). Excursions by sailboat (10 m long) with the owner are possible on request (extra).

Toller Urlaub - sehr zufrieden

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld, und auch am Anreisetag, war sehr gut. Das sehr saubere Haus liegt am Ortsrand in einer ruhigen Gegend am Ende einer Sackgasse. Die Übergabe verlief kurz aber sehr freundlich. Alle Zimmer (außer Toiletten und Badezimmer) haben separate Klimaeinheiten, die ihre Arbeit leise und zur vollen Zufriedenheit erledigt haben. So konnten wir uns bei z.T. sehr hohen Außentemperaturen entweder im Haus oder im sehr sauberen Pool abkĂŒhlen und entspannen. Die Hecke um das GrundstĂŒck ist inzwischen ĂŒber 2m hoch und dicht gewachsen, so dass diese einen perfekten Sichtschutz bietet. Die Terrasse zur KĂŒche liegt in der FrĂŒh und ab dem frĂŒhen Abend im Schatten, so dass man dort toll FrĂŒhstĂŒcken und Abendessen kann. Die Liegen am Pool sind groß und bequem. Wir empfehlen aber dringend zwei große, leichte TĂŒcher mitzunehmen, und diese als Sonnenschutz zur Poolseite (= Sonnenseite) hin anzubringen, da ansonsten keine Abschattung vorhanden ist. WĂ€hrend unseres zweiwöchigen Urlaubs wurde der Garten gemĂ€ht und der Pool gesĂ€ubert. Alle technischen Einrichtungen haben ohne Probleme funktioniert. Über den großen Smart-TV kann deutsches Fernsehprogramm geschaut werden, und das WLAN ist im Haus und im Gartenbereich ausreichend schnell verfĂŒgbar. Die Tipps des Gastgebers bezĂŒglich LokalitĂ€ten waren alle sehr gut. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und können das Haus uneingeschrĂ€nkt empfehlen.

Ein tolles Haus mit perfekter Ausstattung! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt! Die Lage ist super wenn man nicht mitten im Geschehen wohnen möchte. Die nĂ€here Umgebung und die vielen StrĂ€nde sind gut mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto zu erkunden. Die Vermieter des Hauses sind Maja und Jasmin. Sie sind super nett und der Kontakt lief reibungslos. Man kann das Ferienhaus sehr empfehlen!

Wir waren als vierköpfige Familie in der Villa. Es mangelte an nichts. Alles sehr durchdacht und praktisch. Haus wie beschrieben. Die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei und man erhÀlt viele Tipps. Tolle Ferien

Wir haben in dem Haus tolle Familienferien verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Es ist sogar noch besser wie auf den Fotos. Jasmin und Maya sind sehr gute Gastgeber. Das Haus liegt optimal als Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr diverse AusflĂŒge.

Absolut empfehlenswert:-)))

Wir (zwei Familien mit Kind) waren die letzten beiden Maiwochen in der Villa Maya und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das Haus ist super schön, gepflegt und sauber, und hatte wirklich alles was man brauchte um sich wohlzufĂŒhlen. Jasmin und Maya waren jederzeit bei Fragen erreichbar und haben sich immer sofort um alles gekĂŒmmert. Die beiden sind perfekte Gastgeber. Der Einzige kleine Minuspunkt war, dass in dem Wohngebiet/Nachbarschaft noch hier und da gebaut wird, aber das kann ja immer vorkommen und der BaulĂ€rm hielt sich auch tatsĂ€chlich in Grenzen.. Wir können das Haus absolut weiterempfehlen und wĂŒrden wiederkommen, wenn wir erneut in der Ecke Urlaub machen.

Erholsamer Aktivurlaub

Sehr schönes Haus mit gepflegter Außenanlage. Pula und das nahe gelegene Naturschutzgebiet sind mit dem Rad zu erreichen. Die RĂ€der vor Ort (Mountainbikes, 3 fĂŒr Erwachsene, 1 Kinderrad) haben uns gute Dienste geleistet. Sehr zu empfehlen

Top Unterkunft

Wir können uns nur den Top Bewertungen anschließen. Ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus. Absolut sauber, auch in den Ecken. Die Villa ist extrem gut ausgestattet. Egal was man benötigt, es ist vorhanden. Der Aufenthalt im gepflegten Garten ist in Verbindung mit dem Pool wirklich Urlaub. Die StrĂ€nde sind relativ nah. NatĂŒrlich kann man eines der vorhandenen FahrrĂ€der verwenden, aber wenn man etwas Abwechslung möchte, empfiehlt sich ein PKW sehr wohl. Tipp: In Premantura, nur 5 km entfernt ist ein behindertengerechter Zugang zum Meer. FĂŒr alle mit einer Gehbehinderung oder gar einem Rollstuhl die perfekte Möglichkeit das Meer zu,genießen. Ansonsten ist Kemanjak mit vielen tollen StrĂ€nden und Klippen sehr zu empfehlen. Fazit: Eine sehr schöne Villa - schöner, als auf den Bildern und mit sehr netten und engagierten Vermietern. Wir planen wieder zu kommen.

Ein tolles Haus fĂŒr einen Urlaub in Kroatien. Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieter. Gute Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer NĂ€he, ca. 3 Minuten zur nĂ€chsten Bucht mit Liegen und einer Wasserinsel fĂŒr Kinder. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Superschön

Das Haus war sehr sauber und der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter völlig unkompliziert. Er hat sich auch zwischendurch immer wieder erkundigt, ob alles passt. Die Ausstattung ließ keine WĂŒnsche offen, so dass wir auch das Öfteren auch selber gekocht haben. Wir hĂ€tten auch draußen grillen können, dafĂŒr war’s aber abends zu kĂŒhl. Auf dem Pool haben wir mehrfach genutzt. Er reicht zum Schwimmen völlig aus. Der Vermieter stellt FahrrĂ€der zur VerfĂŒgung, die wir auch benutzt haben. Die Fahrradwege sind zum Teil sehr schön zum Teil aber auch viel spĂ€ter. Mit dem Hund kann man ab dem Haus lange SpaziergĂ€nge machen und kommt auch an die KĂŒste. Alles im allem war es ein sehr erholsamer und schöner Urlaub und das Haus hat gehalten was es versprochen hat.

Schönes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus

Wir hatten dieses Ferienhaus im September 2022 fĂŒr 2 Wochen gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden damit. Lage: jeweils wenige Kilometer zu verschiedenen StrĂ€nden und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ausstattung Ferienhaus: sehr gut, wir hatten in dieser Zeit nichts vermisst. Das Objekt wird durch die EigentĂŒmer sehr gepflegt. Der Außenbereich mit Pool und Grillbereich sowie den Liegemöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls hervorzuheben. Wir konnten unsere Zeit in diesem Haus sehr genießen und können dies auch uneingeschrĂ€nkt weiterempfehlen.

Schönes Haus mit traumhaftem Garten

Netter Kontakt mit Vermieter, Haus in der NĂ€he von tollen Buchten und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten (mit Fahrrad oder Auto). Der Garten ist einfach nur traumhaft, wie auf den Bildern - der tolle Olivenbaum, die Day-beds und natĂŒrlich der Pool - Urlaub pur! Einfach nur super. Viel zu kurz

Es gibt in dem Haus nichts was es nicht gibt. Keine WĂŒnsche werden offen gelassen. Jasmin und Maya waren immer sehr hilfreich. StrĂ€nde in der NĂ€he und total schön. FĂŒr jede Altersgruppe ist was dabei. Wir kommen wieder. Danke Jasmin und Maya
