Outdoor shower, pool house with WC, terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, air conditioning, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 600 m, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 700 m, bus stop 750 m, sandy beach 2 km pebble beach 1.3 km. Surf school 2 km, riding stable 1 km, walking paths from the house 500 m, cycle lane 300 m.
