Verliebt in Medulin

Wir waren mit allen sehr zufrieden. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist wirklich toll, man ist zu Fuß schnell an der Promenade. Der Pool lädt zum Baden und entspannen ein.

Toller Pool, nette Unterkunft, liebe Gastnachbarn

Der Aufenthalt hat uns an sich gefallen. Die Lage ist ok. Für Erlebnisse braucht man ein Auto oder läuft 20 Minuten zu Fuß (ist aber anstrengend bei 34 Grad). Unsere FeWo war kleiner als gedacht (wirkte auf den Bildern größer). Schöner schattiger Parkplatz unter dem Olivenbäumen. Am meisten hat uns der Pool gefallen und dass wir direkt von der Terrasse aus schwimmen gehen konnten. Es ist sicherlich noch mehr rauszuholen aus dem FeWo Komplex, aber grundsätzlich ist alles in Ordnung.

Das Objekt liegt ruhig und dennoch nah am Strand sowie Hafen, und Touristenmeile. Alles ist Fußläufig zu erreichen und es gibt eine große Auswahl an Restaurants. Der Pool ist beheizt und war angenehmer als die kalte Adria. Der Betreiber ist sehr freundlich. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Unterkunft hatte zwar keine Mikrowelle oder Backofen, aber war ansonsten gut ausgestattet. Preis-Leistung einfach Top!

Mein Mann und ich haben letztes Jahr unseren Urlaub in der Anlage verbracht. Wir waren zwei Wochen da und haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Die Anlage ist top und wir können Sie jedem weiterempflehen. Der Vermieter war immer da und hat sich gut um die Gäste gekümmert. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. :)

Wir waren jetzt das zweite mal hier. Es war wieder super. Diesmal waren wir in Nummer 5 untergebracht und ich muss sagen wirklich super. Wir sind 3 Personen und das Apartment war vollkommen ausreichend. Man konnte vor der Tür gut frühstücken und danach gleich eine runde im Pool schwimmen gehen Wie immer war alles sauber und wenn etwas fehlte kein Problem es wurde sofort besorgt. Wir kommen wieder.👍👍👍

Schönste Urlaub - Vielen Dank

Wir wollen uns auf diesem Weg nocheinmal für den traumhaften Aufenthalt bei Ihnen bedanken. Es hat einfach alles gepasst! Gerne möchte wir auch erwähnen, dass wir im Appartment Probleme mit dem Fliegengitter hatten. Wir sprachen darauf unsere Vermieter an und das Problem wurde im handumdrehen behoben.

5 Sterner - eine kleine Oase zum wohlfühlen

Wir wollten erst keine Bewertung schreiben, weil wir Bewertungen nicht ganz für voll nehmen. Nachdem wir das Apartment nochmal buchen möchten haben wir uns nochmal die Kontaktdaten des Vermieters rausgesucht und haben die letzte Bewertung gelesen. Wir können nicht verstehen, dass ein Urlauber einem netten Vermieter, der noch dazu ein wunderschönes Apartment vermietet, so schädigen möchte. Wir können nur sagen das es ein wunderschöner Urlaub war und wir für das Jahr 2015 das Apartment wieder buchen werden

Urlaub mit Schönheitsfehlern

Wir hatten insgesamt einen schönen Urlaub, warmes Wetter, Glas klares Meer und lecker Essen. Wir wollten ursprünglich eine der oberen Wohnungen in diesem Objekt mit 2 separaten Schlafzimmern und eigenem Balkon mieten. Da diese bereits ausgebucht waren hatte uns der Vermieter die kleinere Wohnung im Erdgeschoss angeboten. Ich hatte Vorbehalte, hinsichtlich der Größe der Wohnung und der Lage direkt vor dem Pool. Der Vermieter hat mir diese trotzdem als für 3 Personen geeignet empfohlen. Das Objekt war insgesamt sehr sauber, die Poolanlage mit Sommerküche, Grill und Tischtennisplatte sehr schön und der Verantwortliche vor Ort sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung war sauber aber nach unserem Ermessen für 3 Personen dann doch ein wenig beengt. Der zu kleine Schrank war für unsere Sachen (für 12 Nächte) nicht ausreichend. Andere Abstellmöglichkeiten gab es leider nicht. Die Schlafcouch im Wohnraum war hart und unbequem. Das Bad war sauber und gut ausgestattet aber sehr eng und es fehlte eine Duschabtrennung an der Badewanne. Die Küchenzeile war sehr klein, aber da wir nicht kochen wollten für uns i.O. Störend für uns war die fehlende Privatsphäre aufgrund der nicht abgetrennten Terrasse zur Nachbarwohnung und dem Pool direkt vor Haustür und Schlafzimmerfenster. Wir schlafen im Urlaub morgens gern etwas länger. Allerdings war oft schon vor 8 Uhr im Pool reges Treiben. Frühstück an dem zu kleinen runden Tisch auf der Terrasse war mit 3 Personen aus Platzgründen nur eingeschränkt möglich. Auf meine Nachfrage vor Buchung der Wohnung wie weit es bis zum nutzbaren Strand ist, wurden vom Vermieter optimistisch 800 m angegeben. Bis zum Sandstrand (nächster Strand) musste man mind. 15 min laufen und dieser war für uns nicht besonders schön, da sehr überfüllt. Wir sind bevorzugt am Strand beim Hotel Belvedere gewesen. Das sind 2 km zu Fuß ca. 25 min. Man kann aber auch mit dem Auto fahren. Das war allerdings nicht unser Anliegen.

Super Urlaub!

Liebe Vermieter, wir möchten uns nochmals recht herzlich bei euch für den wunderschönen Urlaub bedanken. Die Lage des Objektes war wirklich sehr schön und der Zustand war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung mit gutem Gewissen weiter, und kommen gerne dieses Jahr wieder - denn soweit wir wissen wird jetzt in den Wintermonaten ein Pool gebaut und darauf freuen sich unsere Kinder sehr! Vielen Dank nochmal!!!!
