The outside area includes a completely enclosed garden with tall pines around. The private pool (size 60m2) with countercurrent swimming and water massage will make your stay unforgettable. In the garden you can relax on sun loungers and enjoy the sun and a glass of a good Istrian wine. On the terrace at your disposal is an outside dinning area and barbecue where you can prepare delicious meals. Private parking for 3 cars and a playroom with biliard and table tennis is at disposal as well. Villa Nicol is fully air conditioned, has WiFi connection and provides everything you need for a enjoyable holiday. Restaurants, bars and numerous other contents are within walking distance.
