Cozy apartment with roof terrace, sea view and large garden. Parking space on the property. The Lucano holiday home is very cosy. For years, it has been reserved by regular guests who feel very comfortable here in a warm atmosphere. There is a garden house in the garden where you are welcome to sit down and have a good time. The owner lives in the same house and is very open-minded. Since he has a dog, no other pets are allowed. Lucano speaks Croatian, Italian, English and a little German. Holiday home Lucano is located in Medulin about 500 meters below the church and about 800 m from the sea. A nice walk to the beach takes you past many stalls, ice cream parlors and restaurants.
