This beautiful villa with a private pool, located in the center of Medulin is just a few minutes far from the beach. The Villa has everything you need to enjoy during your stay. You can relax on a sunbed by the pool, have a barbecue on the terrace, work out in the gym, play table tennis or darts, and children can play on the playground.
The villa has five bedrooms with private bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a spacious living room, air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, a separate toilet with a washing machine, and private parking in front of the villa.

The picturesque town of Medulin situated on the very south of the Istrian peninsula is one of the most important tourist destinations in Istria. Today Medulin is one of the most developed places in Croatia and it is, together with its citizens, fully oriented to two factors: modern tourism and old fishing in the unique bay of Medulin with 12 islets.
The sports offer of Medulin is surely one of its main assets. Six grass football fields, athletic track, discus and shot-put circle, long jump and high jump area, the possibility to rent a bike and to visit all the nearby areas, gym, and 14-kilometer-long trim track are good reasons to interest you to spend here your holidays.
