Our newly renovated, fully air-conditioned attic apartment (3-star country category) is located on the 3rd floor of a newly built, quietly located and very well-kept apartment building, only 50 meters from the sea and 300 meters from the vibrant town center. It includes a very nice living room with a large comfortable corner sofa set that is also suitable for sleeping up to two people. The living room cabinet is equipped with a television, recorder and satellite receiver. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the second Bedroom with 2 single beds. The apartment has a small kitchen with stove and coffee machine, and a dining table for 4 people. On the beautiful large balcony you can end the day with a glass of wine at sunset. A boat berth can be rented from us.


Location and location: The apartment is located in Medulin, the tourist center on the southern tip of Istria. The beautiful promenade with numerous excellent cafes and restaurants invites you to feast and enjoy.
The mild Mediterranean climate, the breathtakingly beautiful landscape and safe wind conditions make this region one of the most popular destinations for sports and water sports enthusiasts. The unique one kilometer long, gently sloping sandy beach attracts families with small children.
Not far from the beach, the amusement park offers numerous attractions for young and old: like. z. B. Rodeo riding, bumper cars, carousels, slides, trampoline jumping and much more.

Schöne moderne Wohnung

Für uns als zwei Paare war die Wohnung etwas zu klein. Man konnte sich kaum aus dem Weg gehen. Ansonsten sehr schön eingerichtet und es ist alles da was man braucht. Den Balkon haben wir uns etwas größer vorgestellt. Die Lage selbst ist gut, ca. 10-15 Minuten Gehweg zur Promenade und dem Strand.

Settimana a medulino in croazia con la mia famiglia, una vacanza da ricordare torneremo sicuramente

La settimana che abbiamo trascorso a Medulino e' stata una settimana fasntastica la casa dove alloggiavamo era perfetta per 4 persone. Sicuramente ristrutturata da poco con tutti i confort che servono, un bagno pulito come il resto della casa comprese tutte le posate e le padelle. Dotata di aria condizionata e visto il caldo che ha fatto e' servita durante il giorno. La spiaggia a 10 minuti a piedi ideale per i bambini dove i genitori non devono preoccuparsi visto che l'acqua e' molto bassa per una lunga percorrenza. E stata una vacanza da ricordare anche per il tour in barca sicuramente torneremo e speriamo di alloggiare ancora nello stesso posto.

Ein tolles Apartment alles da was man braucht sehr nette Vermieter sprechen deutsch . Man ist in gut 10 geh Minuten gemütlich am Strand jede Menge Restaurants sind auch Vorort so das man keine Auto brauch

Traumhaft

Liebe Vermieter! Hiermit möchten wir uns nochmal für den wunderschönen Urlaub und die so schnelle Hilfeleistung bedanken. Wir (Mann, unser Sohn und ich) waren in diesem Appartment für traumhafte 2 Wochen untergebracht. Leider hatten wir breits nach 1 Woche einen kleinen Zwischenfall mit unserem Sohn. (Seeigel - sehr schmerzhaft :( ) Wir hatten dann unsere Vermieter angerufen für Hilfe. Diese waren gleich vor Ort und halfen uns auch als Dolmetscher im Krankenhaus. Insgesamt muss ich sagen war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub da das Appartment sehr sauber und in einen ordentlichen Zustand war! Die Bettwäsche wurde regelmäßig gewechselt und der Strand war auf in der Nähe! Insgesamt waren wir echt mit den Apartment zufrieden und werden es auch unseren Freunden empfehlen!!! Beni Appartments sehr schön für Familienurlaub

Hallo, ich war mit meinem Mann und meinem 5 jährigen Sohn für 10 Tage in dem Beni Appartment untergbracht. Es hat uns dort sehr gut gefallen. Das Appartment ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und ausreichend ausgestattet mit Kaffemaschine, Wasserkocher usw. Die Anlage und das Appartment sind sehr gepflegt und schön gestaltet. Das Meer und der Strand sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, also auch mit Kind einfach zu erreichen. Die Ortschaft ist nah gelegen und bietet viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Unternehmungen. Wir wurden bei unserer Ankuft persönlich und wirklich freundlich begrüßt und zu unserem Appartment gebracht. Alles in Allem hatten wir eine Schöne Zeit in Medulin und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir (mein Mann und ich) waren 10 Tage in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr sehr sauber und genauso wie in den abgebildeten Fotos. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und haben uns gleich die Wohnung und alles in der näheren Umgebung gezeigt. Wir werden die Ferienwohnung an unsere Freunde sicherlich weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Urlaub! Vielen Dank nochmal!!!!!

Super Urlaub!

Dieses Apartment kann ich echt nur jedem weiterempfehlen! Mein Mann und ich hatten uns einen 2-Wöchigen Urlaub in Kroatien / Medulin gegönnt. Nach langer Suche hat uns dieses Apartment am meisten angesprochen. Nach der Anfrage bekamen wir eine sehr schnelle Antwort von den Vermietern, die sehr freundliche waren. Die Buchung lief ohne Probleme ab! Als wir bei unserer Unterkunft ankamen, wurde uns von den Vermietern alles gezeigt und erklärt (auch die Ortschaft und welche Freizeitmöglichkeiten wir haben). Unser Fazit: Das Apartment war sehr schön und sauber. Gerne können wir die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Ein sehr sehr schöner urlaub, alles bestens

Hallo lieber vermieter, als erstens möchte ich mich für den schönen urlaub bedanken. Wir buchten sehr spät deshalb musten wir einmal umziehen, was wir aber gar nicht schlecht fanden. Beide apartments wahren sehr sauber und es entsprach alles der beschreibung. Der service war toll, wir wurden abgeholt und zum appartment gebracht. Es wurde uns alles erklärt, die ortschaft sehr schön, und die ausflugziele rundherum kann mann in 10tagen nicht alle bekunden. Wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen, sobald wir urlaub bekommen, was bei uns nicht leicht ist. Was wir noch anmerken möchten wir haben viel zu viel mitgenommen , obwohl alles da wAhr bettwäsche, jede menge handtücher, toilettenpapier. Danke für den tollen urlaub.
