Die Wohnung war richtig schön und ist schön gestaltet. Alle Räume bieten viel Platz. Wir haben es genossen auf dem Balkon zu essen. Auch der Pool war prima.Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist völlig ok.Neben der Bettwäsche wurden auch Handtücher gestellt und für die zweite Woche gab es sogar alles frisch.Lediglich die Klimaanlage ist nicht sehr stark.

Wenn wir wieder nach Premantura fahren ist die Ferienwohnung Aleksandar unsere erste Adresse

Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und immer ansprechbar. Bot uns auch für unser großes Schlauchkajak einen Lagerplatz, so das wir das Teil nicht jeden Tag neu aufpumpen mussten. Die Wohnung selber war in einem sehr guten Zustand. Wohnzimmer (bzw. sehr geräumige Wohnküche) und beide Schlafzimmer hatten Klima. Es war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Der ausreichend große Balkon wich von der Beschreibung ab. In der Beschreibung stand "Blick ins Grüne" - war aber Blick auf's Meer *große Freude* Ich weiß gar nicht mit wie viel Sternen die Wohnung ausgeschrieben ist. Am Haus selber sind auf jeden Fall 3 Sterne angegeben. Die erfüllt es auf jeden Fall. Lediglich das Geschirr und Besteck könnte etwas besser sein. (Wobei das "Jammern" auf höherem Niveau ist. Es war ausreichend von allem da und es war alles sauber und intakt.) Zum Strand braucht man zu Fuß etwa 5 min. Perfekt. Ins Zentrum des Dörfchens waren es gemützlich spazierte 10 Minuten (wenn man langsam geht). Auch perfekt. Zum Ort selber. Premantura ist ein kleines Örtchen ca. 15 km südlich von Pula. Zum Einkaufen sollte man sich besser einmal ins Auto setzen und nach Pula zum Einkaufen fahren. Der kleine Markt in Premantura bietet zwar alles an, was man so braucht, allerdings bekommt man die Sachen in Pula meist günstiger. Angemerkt sei an dieser Stelle allerdings auch, dass wir abends immer Essen gegangen sind. Die Preise sind überall vollkommen in Ordnung. Wer auf riesige Portionen steht geht am besten ins "La Stellina". Große Auswahr und große Portionen. Die Qualität ist auch annehmbar. War lieber kleinere Portionen mag bei relativ gleichem Preis, aber etwas bessere Qualität sollte sich das Mamut mal anschauen. Normal große Portionen bei sehr guter Qualität bekommt man im "Da Giovanni" und im "Fra & Kat". Aber auch hier wieder eine Einschränkung. Wir haben uns fast ausschließlich von Fischgerichten abends ernährt. Beim Frühstück muss man u.U. gerade als Deutscher leichte Abstriche machen. Brot kann halt keiner besser als wir. Keine Arroganz, aber ich finde, das ist einfach so. Gutes Vollkornbrot ist nur schwer zu finden und dann relativ teuer. Prematura ist ein Traum für Naturliebhaber, die es gerne etwas rustikaler haben. "All inclusive" ist hier fehl am Platz. Wir waren schon mehrmals hier, aber immer in der Vor- oder Nachsaison. Zur Hauptsaison wäre es uns zu voll.
