The vacation home has a good location, namely it is located directly on the sea in Medulin. It was completely renovated in 2012 and has high quality furniture. The four bedrooms and the large living room are air-conditioned. The kitchen is well equipped. The floors are connected by interior stairs. On the upper floor there are two covered terraces overlooking the sea, while the terrace - also with sea view - on the first floor provides shade on hot days through a retractable awning. The fenced natural plot includes facilities for children such as a swing, seesaw, slide and a small soccer goal, while for the adults there is an outdoor grill for preparing delicious meals. The parking spaces are covered. The location of the house allows you to move around without using personal vehicles, as everything from sandy beaches, restaurants, stores to cultural events are nearby. A small sports harbor is located opposite the house.
