This is my first visit in Madina Oberoi in before I was no idea about Oberoi.I was with my family, hotel is very near to haram specially for the women,I never think that service, food & housekeeping will be so good but when came to the hotel it was too different specially housekeeping team was excllent before came to the room was ready by evening team, team leader Mr.Jamiul always taking care of us special thanks to him to take care of my family.Allah will reward to all staff because they are exemplanry next time I will stay only in Madina Oberoi.

Have been staying at oberoi madinah since many years but each time you go there they make u feel so special from the concierge to check in to room service to house keeping to restuarant every single staff is so welcoming and make you feel like a blessed person to be in the city of the Prophet S.A.W. Its the only hotel i could say i hv been to tat has unlimited towels kept in ur rooms and yet offer a 2nd round of house keeping by the evening again!! And the restuarant managers, head chefs and staff as well not only make a array of things for all 3 meals (brkfst, lunch nd dinner) buffets ...they also take spl care of every single guest from which ever part of the world they are to make them spl dishes and sent to their tables as per the regular routines of the guest...they even ask prefernces of the guest to make them anything spl they would lyk to have. Overall extremely fulfilling experience Every guest leaving with a huge 😀

Overall, our stay at the Oberoi was highly satisfactory. We felt well taken care of, properly looked after and sensed a genuine concern coming from all of their employees. I also want to applaud to chefs at the hotel - the food was outstandingly tasteful. Here’s a quick sum up: On the plus side: - GREAT WORKFORCE. They are genuinely concerned for their client’s well-being and desires. Very kind and attentive. - GREAT FOOD. The food is actually so tasteful, we’ve witnessed many other hotels’ clients come to the Oberoi for lunch and dinner. On the minus side: - Sheets, linens and pillows were rough, dry and rather uncomfortable in general. I am accustomed to staying in five stars hotel and the rooms, in my opinion, didn’t make the cut. However I would still come again to the Oberoi if the opportunity to visit Madina would arise again.

Its very very close to the Haram, many entries and spacious lifts avoid a congestion at peak prayer times. Morning breakfast exceptionally good. Superb caring staff specially Mr Mahmood. The Managers presence all the time moving and caring makes you feel like a VIP. House keeping excellent and quick special a young chap Abdul Mohsin/Mubin.

We were blessed to have been able to spend 6 nights at the Oberoi with our family. My Family & I can't Thank the Team at the Oberoi enough for the Warm welcome, hospitality and Excellent service! The hotel was close to the Haram, particularly for the ladies. With multiple entrances and exits, we were able to make our way through without any challenges. We had booked 2 interconnected rooms and were pleasantly surprised to have been upgraded to an executive suite. Whilst the rooms are dated, they were impeccably cleaned and maintained. My respect to the Team that looked after us as no request was refused or delayed, from housekeeping to room service. Our rate had included breakfast and dinner. We found both meals to be Excellent on all days. as we got to our 4th and 5th days, the restaurant managers did ask us if we wanted to order off the A la Carte menu at no additional charge. I will stay here again as the Team at the Oberoi are Superb! We made friends and pray that we are blessed to be invited again soon.

My wife, my daughter and I spent a week at the Medina Oberoi. The grand old lady of Madinah hotels. There was some sort of mix up at check in but it was sorted out. The only down side was waiting for more than half an hour in the lobby. When we got the room it smelt of cigarettes. We complained about it and someone was sent out to spray some scent. We were also advised that a fruit bowl would be delivered but this never materialised. The family room is huge. There were three single beds with a sleeper couch and coffee table and there was still ample room. There are two bathrooms with toilets. The one bigger than the other. The furnishings need to be updated as they are worn out. Nevertheless it’s still presentable. The location for ladies is first class. I have never seen my family so pleased with the distance from the hotel to the ladies entrance to the Haram. Breakfast was the usual fare. Enough to keep you satiated till lunch. At check-out there was a problem with the bill which was to be expected with the implementation of vat. But this was sorted out expeditiously to everyone’s satisfaction by the manger All in all a very pleasant stay. Would I go back? Yes definitely

This is very nearest hotel to haram specially for the women. The cleaning standard is exceptional . The elevator , lobby and concierge are very clean . Staff of housekeeping and food service are very polite and friendly . In this hotel when ver we call housekeeping with in two minutes they in-front of the door this type of service we never get any hotel . In evening also we get service with chocolate this is very attract me. I thing this is the best hotel in madina. Everyday mr. jamiul always asking us about cleaning we are very impressed that he is looking after us .i recommend my all relative to come and visit madina oberoi at least one time .

The hotel is ideally located just infront of the ladies gate.they have a good mall with good stores.the coffee shop is also just round the corner .the hotel has a famous coffee shop just facing the haram a has some known brands outlets.

We stayed at the Madinah Oberoi in third week December, 2017 and it is a fantastic hotel! The location is perfect...right in front of Masjid Al Nabwi and its opposite the ladies gate of the mosque, so very convenient for ladies. We were a family with 3 kids and my wife plus mother. We had 2 inter-connected rooms and were very impressed with the hotel cleanliness and friendly staff. Notable mention for Mr Ahmed Obaidi at the Front Desk.....he was very courteous, friendly and eager to cater to our needs. Also worthy of mention is Mr Mohammad Noor Ali (bellboy)......he was always very pleasant and went the extra mile to help us with our requests on many occasions. With a staff like this, we are sure to return to the hotel in future! The breakfast was amazing and the food variety was abundant. There are ample taxis readily available from the back side of the hotel and transportation is never a problem. Overall, a very satisfying stay due to the perfect location and amazing staff! Will surely stay here during our next visit!

My family and I stayed at Oberoi Medina from 18 Dec - 22 Dec 2017 and we took a full board package (all meals) It was one of my best hotel stays in all my travels. The service was exceptional and remarkable especially the housekeeping team and the service staff of the restaurant. I was travelling with a 2 year old toddler and they were very accomodating to our request and paid good attention to our needs. I would like to give special commendation to the chefs and cooks of the restaurant. The food was exceptionally good. Even though we had all our meals there it was never boring, everyday everymeal presented an exciting array of international cuisine that was not only interesting but delicious and well presented. Especially the dessert table was very very very good! Intricate and fine desserts made with heart and soul! Kudos to the restaurant staff! They really impress us and made part of our umrah at Medina unforgettable.
