If you make reservation of 2 rooms on Expedia, you have to have 2 names upon checking in. Otherwise, your name will capture only one room reserved. it took us a while to figure this out. Service is great. breakfast is excellent.

Clean room, friendly staff, house keeping were amazing and supplied whatever was requested. Early check-in also accommodated. Originally assigned a room with 2x beds when paid for 3. Had to go back down to reception who fixed the mistake. Hotel is central and easy walking distance to the Prophets Mosque.

we stayed for a week at this hotel and it was a nice stay. we usually stay in 5* properties for a shorter duration but decided to go for a 4* so we could stay longer. It was a decent place, rooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff were helpful. breakfast was good with a nice variety.

This was my second stay at Alritz AlMadinah and overall it was a very good experience. Reception was friendly and accommodating and allowed an early check-in, which I really appreciated. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. Housekeeping/room service was available whenever required. The location is excellent , around a 3-5-minute walk to MasjidaNabawi. The only downside was the shower: the shower head needs a proper clean/maintenance to ensure consistent water flow and good pressure. Aside from that, I’d happily stay here again.

We stayed 3 nights. Out of that, one and a half day there wasnt any hot water. The last day before I leave, a shower was necessary for religious reason (start of ihram) which I could not do. I had to start Ihram without shower. When I booked, I requested for early checkin, We arrived around 12.30 in the afternoon. They said the room will be ready by 1.30. At 1.30 the room wasnt ready and no one knew who said the room should be ready by 1.30. They said the room will be ready at 3pm. Same story as before. It wasnt ready. I was with small kids and an elderly person waiting in the reception for nearly 3+hours. This was unexpected from such expensive hotel.
