Stayed here for 4 nights with 2 young children. We were given a corner deluxe room on the 3rd floor which was a good size and easily accommodated a king bed and an extra bed and still have room for a sofa and table. This was one of the newly renovated rooms. It was comfortable and plush and had a classic look rather than being ultra modern- we were happy with that. Lots of marble in the bathroom. What makes the Hilton special is it's locatIon. It's five minutes from the Prophet's (peace be upon him) mosque and the main Gate 21 and the women's entrance at gate 25. Very handy when you have children. We were given complimentary upgrade for breakfast which was appreciated. Food was good with a wide variety. Service for tea/coffee could be a bit slow at times but that may be due to the numbers being served. The first three days were perfect. Unfortunately, the 4th floor was being renovated when we stayed. On the 4th day we found our room affected by the smell of pungent fresh paint which made resting in the room unbearable. We were very quickly moved to another room on the third floor with a partial view of the Mosque. Whilst the view was nice, the room was small and not able to take an extra bed which we needed for the children. Unfortunately the hotel was unable to provide a room that morning. Furthermore the room was affected by the banging of work happening on the above floor. I felt sorry for reception as I saw several people making the same complaint as I. Fortunately later that evening we were transferred to an 8th floor deluxe room similar to what we had before. This was an older room type pre- renovation. It was interesting to note the difference- the new rooms had a new more modern finish wallpaper, carpet and sofa and a better shower system, but otherwise the same. All in all a comfortable stay, great location, only marred by the problems caused by the renovation work happening at the moment.

Very good service from check in till checkout . Easy to access to Masjid . Found very convenient location as well quality of service is excellent. Staff is always helpful and friendly as usual .I will visit again at the Prophet Mosque and recommended

Stayed from 4-10th Feb: along family. Excellent environments, decour and very near to Haram. Everything was excellent including the house keeping assistant Amjad Satti. This is my favourite hotel and would like to stay again whenever I find an opportunity to visit Madinah.,Well done Hilton Madinah and keep it up.

This was perfect especially if one has mobility issue as Masjid un Nabawi is literally on the doorstep! Room was clean and serviced daily, friendly staff, yes check in and check out times are late but can request time depending on your departure schedule. View of mosque from some rooms. Wide range on breakfast available. Taxi arranged by Services manager very prompt and reliable. Recommended.

We always stay at Hilton's and Marriott's, so this was our first pick. We definitely don't regret it, considering we have stayed here 3 times when we have come for Umrah. The room that we got was extremely big with 3 actual beds and 1 fold-out. The bathroom was clean and toiletries were given. We even had a tiny sitting space with complimentary fruit! They do have a mini"bar", with no alcohol or wine in it. Breakfast is included, but I believe that it's only free if you are a Platinum member. Very short walk to the Masjid. You can hear the Athan and Iqama from your room/outside your room. The lobby is a little confusing, with 2 floors, but I think most hotels in this area are like that.No bad qualities; very much recommended!

By far the best hotel we have ever stayed in 2 min walk to Masjid Nabwi , staff are always smiling, breakfast was amazing I couldn't fault anything rooms were cleaned everyday I loved the hotel & the staff they were very helpful & friendly, thank you to all the staff at Hilton ✌🏻️

A second stay here after many years and literally nothing has changed, no update, no modernisation, no refurbishment. Rooms were grubby and tired with visible stains on carpets and walls, bathroom was also in a poor state. It is really unacceptable that a Hilton is allowed to suffer from such lack of investment as guests expect a certain standard and this is definitely not achieved. Another problem was noice levels from the adjacent room through the closed interconnecting door - it sounded like they were in the room with us! The standard of soundproofing really needs looking at as it provides no privacy. Service on check in was fine but housekeeping was poor - had to call them at 4pm as they still had not showed up. On the positive side - room service was nice with a tasty breakfast (although some advertised items were missing) and good Arabic coffee, prices for this were reasonable. Would not recommend a stay here until a compete refurbishment has been finished.

Good things: 1-Very nice hotel 2- magnificent service 3- kind receptionist 4- free wifi 5- complimentary water all day to be honest everything are excellent Need to improve: their breakfast not that much nice

The Madinah Hilton is an excellent hotel. Great location! The hotel is within walking distance of the Haram (2 minute walk to the gates, another 2-3 minutes to be inside). A great perk is that the hotel is very nearby to the ladies entrance (nearest gates are 22/23, the ladies entrance is gate 25). There are shops and food places nearby. The rooms are of decent size and well-maintained, but are a little outdated. There was a sign at the hotel stating that renovations were underway. The staff were amazing and really make your stay. Nothing is too much for them. Special shoutout to the manager, Mr Ramadan, who was always willing to assist with whatever we needed! The breakfast staff were also wonderful and all are worthy of praise (a mention must be made of a gentleman from Nepal, he was incredibly friendly and helpful!) Highly recommended!

Hotel chosen for brand name Hilton despite the bad reviews, however I was surprised that most of these bad reviews are true, the hotel is very old, with no proper renovation taking place at least in the second floor where I've stayed (this is for suites as I was told). The junior suite was large however it was just a large room, no amenities were provided for a suite let alone for a regular hotel room. House keeping initially was a mess, toilet was not cleaned properly so some human fluids were staining the toilet which was shocking. After complaining to Operation director he sent the house keeping head to check and room was cleaned and amenities were provided. One more thing, House keeping forgot a window open so after sometime I noticed there is a draft coming in and I'd to request them to come and shot it down as it needs a special knob to close the window. Also, I've requested a high floor room however I was not told that suites are only available on second floor!!! which was very noisy throughout the day and evening. The hotel in high demand so although I requested early check in as I was arriving at 11 am Friday morning, I was told that check in won't be before 4pm so I'd to stay with family at the café after Friday prayer till after Asr prayer until we'd the room available which was not nice as we'd a very early start in the morning so it was bit annoying, however the front office staff told me the beverages ordered in the hotel café will be on the house which was nice. Breakfast buffet was fine but below expectation compared to Makkah Suites Hilton. Location is just few meters away from Haram and close to Women gate #25 which was convenient. The heroes in the hotel was the concierge team who were very accommodating during our wait time on arrival day as well as very professional handling our luggage on departure. Also, the offered prayer mates to take out during prayer time. Also, the front office staff who were very helpful during our stay. In general service need improvement throughout the hotel. Next time most likely I'll select a different hotel as I believe I'd not received value for money paid for this service. that was very disappointing.
