quite and clean The staff were so helpful they provided me with a paper showing the prayer time and the female visiting time to Alrodah I asked for late checkout and they kept my bags in the room until 4 PM The breakfast was simple with a good variety just 3 minutes on feet to the female entrance of the prophet mosque
You can’t go wrong with Hilton. Spacious room, clean and well kept as you’d expect. However, very disappointed with the basic breakfast served, which is not the average norm of Hilton at other places.
Madinah Hilton was my hotel during my hajj trip . the hotel location is very good . it is located nearby the laides gate No. 23 . the hotel staff are always smiling and they have that passion look to help you Especially Mr.Mohammed Mohsin I do recommend to ask about him on the front desk . the rooms have a good Design but quite old furniture I guess . as an overall it was a nice experience . thank you ...
Positives: · Staff was friendly and helpful. . The room and washroom were spacious, neat and clean, with all the required facilities and High-Quality Decor. . Bed size was good. . We could easily make the room dark enough, to sleep in the daytime. . AC was good . Lifts were very good, we did not have to wait much even in peak hours. . Breakfast was very good with a lot of variety available, also the dining room had the view of Masjid e Nabvi. . Location was very close to Masjid e Nabvi · I would like to stay here again Negatives: . Car Parking is not that big, considering the size of the hotel. Its also not very spacious and access to the parking is quite difficult due to roadblocks.
Great location and was within walking distance from the mosque. Walking distance from shops and some restaurants. Surprisingly the hotel was not to the standard I had expected for a chain hotel. I've stayed at various Hiltons but this was not the best. Nothing terrible, but things such as decor, bedding etc was not what I had expected. Staff were lovely and offered us an upgrade as they were unable to provide connecting rooms for my family.
This hotel is very conveniently located within a 3-5 minute walking distance to the main entrance of Masjid Al Nabwi. There is a female entrance close by as well so both me and my wife found it convenient. The rooms are nice and well kept but the décor can use a little upgrade. Pillows not the best (but then I have learnt to travel with my own pillow as there is something about the hotel pillows for long stays that is lacking in terms of neck support). Restaurant had a large selection of buffet and food was delicious. There is a mall in the building next door as well. Staff was very friendly in all areas where we interacted with them including front desk, restaurant and room cleaning. Will definitely stay again.
I stayed at Madinah Hilton for 4 nights. The hotel looks aged but grand, everything feels very luxurious. The staff is very nice and helpful. The location is the best part, close to Masjid-e-Nabawi, about 1 minute walk to the gate. It is also close to the Women's entrance, which is a big plus point. My only problem why I didn't give it a higher rating is because I started coughing the day I checked in - but more on that later. The rooms were big and the marble bathrooms are great. The beds were very comfortable. They had free wifi, which worked well. My biggest problem was that I started coughing the day I checked in. I thought it was just me getting sick but I realized it was because there was alot of dust in the room because I used to feel better when I walked out of the room. On my last day I also found what looked like mold in the AC vents which could be another reason why I was coughing so much inside the room - but I'm not sure so I will attach a picture and maybe you can judge for yourself. Another drawback was that the food in the main restaurant, which was on the 'R' floor, wasn't very tasty and mostly of the Indian kind, but that could just be seasonal because of the Haj days and traffic. Alot of the items in the morning breakfast was fried frozen foods, and I expected more from a 5 star hotel. However, I have still rated my experience highly because all in all it seemed like a great hotel and the location is very good. Just make sure you request for your room to be thoroughly vacuumed if you feel there is alot of dust.
Hotel was walking distance from Masjid-e-Nabi. Ideally located next to Taiyaba shopping center and most importantly to our Prophet (s.a.a.w) masjid. Enjoyed nice meals at the Najaf cafe and rest located in the hotel. Room service as well concierge service was excellent. We had lunch catered to one of our friends suite and the hotel provided all the amenities. Highly recommend for Medina visit.
the Madinah Hilton staff are doing their best in ensuring customers' satisfaction. They should endeavor to keep it up. I am quite pleased with the diamond treatment that I got from the hotel management and urge that this should be upheld. The environment of the Madinah Hilton is quite neat and pleasant. The location to the Haram is a very huge advantage and improves customers' satisfaction.
This is my second stay at the Hilton in seven years. I was never disappointed. The rooms are new and neat. Hotel is very luxurious. Best location in town to the Prophet's Mosque. Dinner room requires some renovation. Food variety is excellent, although taste is not the best. Hotel staff are extremely nice except Reception who did not acknowledge my HHonors status!
