Room was clean and service was impeccable. Staff from reception, room service and restaurant were amazing and gave us a very warm welcome. All issues were resolved very quickly. The staff were so nice. They let me check in early without hesitation and the staff are so helpful, and friendly. The location is really good. Only few minutes walking distance to the mosque. I have stayed at hotels all over the world. I stayed at Jumeirah Jabal Omar in Makkah and coming from there my expectations were high, I would like to say that this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The customer service and staff is phenomenal. Everyone here always has a smile on their face when they greet you and are always ready to assist to help with anything that you need. I would like to thank two staff members who were extremely helpful all throughout our stay Mr. Al Amin at front desk and Mr. Hazrat Ali from housekeeping staff. It was mine and my mother’s first time in Madina and I am so glad that we picked this hotel as it was recommended by my friend who had stayed here previously. It is literally a 2 minute walk to the Haram and 4-5 minute walk to the ladies entrance for Rawda. Also a 4-5 minute walk from ladies entrance to inside the mosque. I would definitely recommend Elaf Al Taqwa to anyone who is visiting Madina and inshAllah when I visit next I will be staying at the same hotel due to their excellent services and hospitality. The rooms and washrooms are super clean, tidy and the food options for in room dining are also pretty good. Definitely one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Thank you to the entire staff who took such care good care of us during our stay. JazakAllah khair.

The team at Al Taqwa was the most helpful. I came in early and they gave me a special room without even charging extra Their room was clean and large and the best part is that they offered free breakfast (sahoor) and free dinner (aftar) as this was the blessed month of Ramadan It was 200 meters away from Gate 309. And even closer to Ghamama and Abu Bakr mosques. The carts to Quba Mosque were right outside on the street Excellent stay I will come back again to the same place
