The property is fairly nice and recently built but staff lacks the initative and attitide for service. We were 3 persons in room but the room had 4 beds with no room to access closet or safe. We requested removal of extra beds several times to reception and housekeeping but were given run aroind and lame excuses. The front desk person wanted us to talk to duty manager and we told him the guest should not be given run around to reach different persons and the staff should take cate of the genuine need. They never removed extea beds. The bathroom vanity mirror had two LED lights with 4 crystals each, one was out totally and only one LED crystal was working in one. Called front desk for this and were told to call Maintenance. Maintenance staff showed up, looked up at the lights and told that they do not have repalcement lights and we have to deal with dim light in the bathroom even for shaving. We had problems with the room safe, a digital one, instead of the usual with key pad. The safe was supposed to work with room key but it had consistent problems and we had to call Maintenance on daily basis. One good thing about the property is its berakfast staff and quality of the food. The manger and other stff was diligent in serving guests. They do need more staff though to pick up dishes from tables more quickly.
