Though Humble and polite but Not trained staff. Most of the times didn’t know what to do with their computers, Charged me twice for my late checkout, one on check in and the other on check out, but made my key till 11 am, then couldn’t solve it next day.

The location is very close to Masjid e Nabawi and the hospitality of the hotel staff is excellent. The rooms are very specious and luxurious. Fast checkin with warm welcoming. Superb room service. The pillow and metresses were quite comfortable.

Best place to stay in Madinah,Easy access for females as no long distance to the mosque. Nearest to all distances like shopping and restaurants.Sorunded by new constructed buildings and easy to get Limosines on the door step.

Didn’t find as 5 star hotel as I heard as lot of things were missing like service on arrival, departure and room. WiFi poor, security concern in rooms, proper training of staff in customer handling was leaking

The hotel has not upgraded in years, its old fashioned and service is average for the high price of rooms.the food isnt very good.not many options.they charge for plates and cutlery if u want to bring in food to eat in ur room.

Dear Sir, i had a disastrous experience with this hotel, we had booked two rooms for 2 adults and 3 kids (2no -2 year old and no.1 -3 year old ) and i had clearly indicated that we require a double bed and as soon we travelled 7 hrs in the taxi with small kids and there was a Bangladeshi gentleman who confirmed the booking and asked me to get the passports, i told him it in the luggage and my kids are sleep i have already sent copies of the same and once i check in i will handover after opening the luggage he said no asked me to go open and get it, are you kidding me however i had no option i went down stairs got the luggage and handed over and when i check in wow what a surprise 4 separate beds in some corner of the hotel , are you crazy more than 70% hotel was empty and i approached him asking for a king size bed and he said we have to pay 200 riyals a night because he had only haram facing and no other , thats 800 riyals x 2 = 1600 riyals extra for 4 nights just for a kind size bed, and by the time my wife had already unpacked in the other room so i asked her to pack up as we need to shift and i had no option but to shift it was already 10.30 in the night and we shifted in the new room another surprise we had a demolished building view and partial haram view and we had to really jump out of our windows to see haram as we were already dead we decided just to stay as we had no option, i just entered the wash room and even before i could use the wash room the phone rings the idiot guy again from reception my wife answers the phone and he says i need to speak to your husband and my wife asks me to take the call in the bathroom and guess what i picked the call the guys says sir your payment for upgrade has not come "are you serious" let me breath atleast i am not running away i have just checked in can you have some sense , i have paid full advance 15 days in advance and you give me not i a minute after i check in, what kind of hotel is this , i just stayed 10 nights at hilton and had come i could not believe what was happening, we were treated like we are about to run off, btw i forgot when i cheked in the guy says sir take lift to 9 th floor it took me 20 minutes to find the room this hotel is a maze, so many lift lobbies on so many corners of the hotel and about the hotel the lobbies are dim lit and very shabby , feel like a dungeon walk lights are always off and only when you walk lights come up , far from five star , i would say 2 star hotel

This hotel is one of the best hotels in Madinah, close to the ladies entrance, 2 minutes walk only. The staffs, cleaners, lift man are really friendly and helpful. The check in staff were very friendly and fast to check in.

It’s a great hotel and most importantly very near to masjid but the size of room is small. I booked quad room for 4 people the room was small but it was manageable. The size of washroom was extremely small it was very hard to walk properly in the washroom

Amazing service and clean rooms. The location is convenient everything is available supermarket down stairs and shopping mall plus the restaurants. No need to go away with all these services. I highly recommend it for families as it's close to women gate.

Kindly improve the room service very slow and enlarge the bathroom sizes. It was very difficult to order anything in the room as the staff was very inefficient . The bathroom size was very small and it was difficult to bathe my baby in the shower cubicle. It was quite astonishing to hear that the hotel had no rooms with Bath tubs.
