Photos don’t do the view this place has justice! Incredible views from the balcony. Short walk or drive downtown. So many things to do outdoors nearby. The unit was spotless and the perfect size for my son and I. Highly recommend.

Great location. Apartment was exceptionally clean and functional. Medicine Park shops and restaurants pretty much closed Sunday thru Wednesday. Didnt matter to me, was there for WMWR. Only recommendation for website is to state if apartment is first floor or second floor (rooms 5 - 8 are second floor). Other than that all was great.

Charming Medicine Lake Studio Condo

We had a lovely time at this smartly decorated condo right around the corner from Medicine Park recreational area. It had all the amenities inside, as well as, a cute balcony with a great vista to sit on outside. There was a binder with local activities and restaurants along with some interesting books about the area. The condos were quiet at night which helped with a good nights sleep. The Wichita Reserve was within a couple of miles with lots of beautiful hiking trails.

Very, very nice! We were both very impressed at how nice and clean the room and the location was just a couple of minutes drive away from downtown Medicine Park. The host was easily contacted if needed and check-in was simple. We would definitely stay here again and would refer others to do the same if they visit the area.

Clean with a view

Perfect get a way, very new and clean, however queen bed not comfortable for 60 adults, need to add bunky board so you don’t feel every rail under the mattress. And real coffee with real coffee maker needed.
