We came with 6 people and a golden retriever so space and convenience was key! Our room was clean with a cute hand written note welcoming us. Shopping and dinning was available at every turn. Same parking lot as Wendy’s and Tim Hortons across the street was McDonalds, Montana’s and the casino. Directly behind the hotel is the mall, superstore, value village. I don’t travel to Medicine Hat often but this will be our go to EVERY SINGLE TIME! Only negatives I could give would be the pool needs a slide (according to the kids) and could use extended breakfast hours on long weekends but otherwise absolute perfection. Staff were helpful and very kind.

Was told breakfast would be ready at 6am. Well I checked out at 630 and the employee had just shown up. Soooo no breakfast for for me, that was one of the only reasons I booked here. The bed is like sleeping on a cloud, but not in a good way. It's lumpy, the mattress pad or sheet cover doesn't fit properly so in the middle of the night you wake up being wrapped in that nightmare. At least the shower was warm.

Terrible Stay at Comfort Inn & Suites, Medicine Hat • Woken up at 6 AM every morning by staff chatting and dogs barking in the hallway. • Bathroom reeked of urine; they tried to remove the smell but failed. • Paid for a king room on my last night and got a queen instead—manager refused to move me. • Overpriced, dirty, and unprofessional. Never again.

The elevator is to tight that we are having a hard time taking out the cart with our luggage’s. The breakfast in the morning starts at 7am which is a bit late for us who are just stopping by for the next road trip early in the morning.
