Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home in old east Medford. You will be minutes from shops, restaurants, parks, hospitals, hikes, rivers, wineries & more. The kitchen & bathroom are freshly gutted, renovated & updated. The master has a new cozy king mattress. The black out shades in both bedrooms makes for a nice nights sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and has the basic spices and olive oil. Upgraded espresso and coffee maker have been added. There is a cute little zero scape fully enclosed yard with wood burning or gas fire pit options and a BBQ. Lots of games for your family fun. Smart tv and Wi-Fi available. Includes full laundry room with an extra fridge.
