Staff is very friendly. Location is great. No fridge or microwave in room. Didn’t have WiFi for 6 of the 8 days. Cable TV was bad for two days. Liked the breakfast.
They woke me up with a call that I didn’t request 5 am
Hotel or Orbitz screwed up our reservations. Had a double booked yet the hotel claimed that there were not available. Strange because orbitz was still showing them available on the site while we were arguing with the front desk person. We had to book a second room which wasn’t the end of the world but still on principle not expected. The hotel itself is clean and nicely located to plenty of high end food courts, casinos and malls. For the money ( we kid about $50 USD a night) it’s good. One major compliant is that they over use really nasty smelling air fresheners in the lobby and gym. The gym is a 100 sq foot room with its own air freshening system that was meant for a 1000 sq foot room. It was so bad that I decided to skip working out altogether. It’s a newer hotel that’s part of a huge hotel group. They’ll get it figured out sooner than later.

Thanks for you comments. We have a room with a refrigerator and microwave, it could be the option on your next visit. our system has presented problems but we are solving it.
