I was very excited to stay here, but was incredibly disappointed with my experience and would not stay here again or recommend it to a friend. 3 PM CHECK IN - Firstly, I had to wait till 3pm to check in when there were rooms available. DISAPPOINTING ROOM - I had requested a room with balcony, which I was entitled to, but there were none available. Note, there are only 4 balcony rooms, and the staff will tell you they are terribly loud given they are street facing. The other rooms have windows, but the windows face the atrium from within the building so the view is a open walkway.... They are just as loud. VERY DARK ROOMS - The rooms are SO dark. Given that a majority of rooms are facing the atrium and not the natural light from the street, they are very dark and the lights in the room are so weak. You cannot have the blinds to the atrium open otherwise you will be completely exposed to the people walking around. To apply makeup, I literally needed to use the flash on my phone! Also, the rooms are not small, but they are nowhere as big or luxurious as photos suggest - believe me! EXTRA CHARGES - On another note, they tried to charge me $60 USD because my friend would stay with me for two nights. The price for 2 vs 1 person online was exactly the same, so this did not make sense, and I tried to articulate this to the rude staff only to need to escalate the matter to the manager . It is only when I threatened to leave negative reviews that they reduced the fee

Some of the staff was very helpful but most of them where a bit rude, like they can be bother to do their job, I had two reservations due to the change of planes so I ask to be place on the same room. And I was told by an receptionist that there will be no problems and o surprise right around the time of checkout I get a call from the new turn receptionist tell me that I had to let them know and next time I need to only make one reservation. The lights on the room where poor. The complementary breakfast was fantastic. For some reason the water was off for the last night of our stay and remain like that until we had to leave.

The afternoon staff was distracted they forgot to give us the web site and password, no print out!!, also forgot to thell us about our room number!!The young couple look like University students focus God knows in what.Furthermore when asked about a taxi for the airport at 5:00 am they change the fare from 80 to 100, according to them because at that time the fares went up!!!!! Never in ALL MY ALMOST 15 YEARS traveling around the world I got an answer like that, very dissappointing

looked like a jail house not worth staying there find something else

Great decoration and atmosphere. Very chill inside without any AC.

Great hotel at the right price at the perfect location. Exceptional breakfast. Recommended for anyone.

You can hear ABSOLUTELY everything from the rooms next door . From their typing to the snoring. I would not recommend this place to families with small children or babies. Also the lighting in the room it’s extremely poor.

Rooms were quiet. Registration staff non-attentive. Returned to room after a walk and hotel staff left my door open with my things exposed. No personnel in sight. Later called front desk twice with no answer. Sent email, no response. No parking available. Will never stay here again.

Great location. Fabulous staff. Very helpful to those who don’t speak Spanish. King bed room was wonderful.

Great location between the metro and much of el poblado. The noise from nearby places was something to note, but I used my iPad with a white noise track and was completely fine (thought of doing that when reading other reviews about noise)---after all, this is el Poblado, so expect noise. Beautiful building and not run-of-the-mill at all. Check out was quick.

Air conditioner didn't work, floor flooded, rude staff, loud noisy room, excessive fees, I wouldn't stay at the property every again.

Rude staff, broken air conditioning, loud rooms. I would avoid.

Horrible. I used to love this hotel. Now I will never stay again. Rude staff, loud dim rooms, broken air conditioner and broken keys.

This hotel is in a great location, a walking distance from all the bars, restaurants and everything you need. Unfortunately if someone comes to visit you, no matter if it is to go to the upstairs restaurant, you have to pay about $35 dollars plus TAX to let that person into the hotel. I stayed 3 night at this hotel and only once my room was cleaned. Walls are EXTREMELY thin and you can hear your neighbors, so if you are not an heavy sleeper like me the slightest sound will wake you up. There is a hotel next door which has high annoying blue Intensity Lights which hit my windows and it was hard to sleep even as the blinds were closed. Breakfast was ok, plates and silverware were not washed properly as the smelled like eggs, which it made me almost throw up. I went to the lobby around 10:00PM to grab water since there is a water cooler located by the elevators, and as I am filling up my cup with water, a huge roach walked in front of me.

The hotel was nice and conveniently located. My experience when I’d shower is that it would sometimes take 5 min or so to get hot. Not a big deal. The breakfast was good and the staff at the restaurant is very nice. My only honest complaint was that the front desk staff at this hotel may have been one of the worst I’ve experienced. Ever. They really need to step up their customer service. The girl at front desk was very dry, barely made eye contact and gave the impression she absolutely hated her job. On one occasion, we had some friends that were going to come up to the room. The gentlemen at front desk had us there for 20 minutes making us fill out paperwork for our friends to register before going up, to then state it would cost $100 per person to come up. What was upsetting wasn’t the outrageous $100 charge, but that he didn’t advise us of this before wasting our time. Had I known it would cost $100 for our friends to come up with us, I would have simply said no thanks.

Had a great time in Medellin. Hotel was great. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Great stay. Friendly staff, clean rooms and nice rooftop restaurant. Would definitely recommend it.

Great location as long as you don't stay in a room on the front street VERY NOISY. The breakfast buffet is weak but the staff is very good.
