It was great and nice but it was just one athletic group was more than any other people. It looked like they on the hotel. No one else was welcome.

The hotel is beautiful however not kept well. Moldy bathrooms with slow drainage, stale smelling rooms, the food at the cinnamon restaurant is absolutely awful. The reason why I gave it a 2 star and not 1 star is because both the restaurant manager and the hotel manager was very kind and helpful. The rest of the staff seemed like they didn’t care about being helpful. We had an emergency in our room and they took their sweet time helping. If the hotel was well taken care of and had better staff it could easily be one of the best hotels because you can tell it was meant to be easily a 5 star hotel.

It was over crowded noisy and staff couldn’t speak English, also staff was prioritising those who speak Arabic and wasn’t serving others who came first, I felt was disrespectful and discrimination. I remember one day I was in the reception wanted to get help and receptionist ignored me but one man came who could speak Arabic and he started helping him before me. I was so stressed and ipset

Room ok, toilet was very bad, from day one it was flooding, notified front desk numerous times with no response or outcome, I complained to the manager stating I’ll put a review and had no reaction from the manager who didn’t seem to care, no fresh towels were supplied. Had the worse experience
