this hotel is near to haram by walking distance but unfortunately the room is too small for 4 person.. the breakfast is variety but i have a terrible night because of my neighbours is very noisy with the children shouting at the night.. all and all i recommended this because of the hotel is near to haram, others facilities maybe avarage for me.
We travelled to this hotel this month for Omrah. Was a pleasure experience- as the hotel provided direct access to Haram. Also the staff were supportive and friendly and the check in and check out process took less than 5 mins !!!!
I would recommend my Muslim friends if they are looking best for their families comfort and safety to stay in Mecca ,this is the best choice.staff was available 24/7 at all desks.arrangements for further commute were available in side the resort
I reserved 3 times and they canceled my reservation 2 times, the third time i pay 300$ extra and payed through credit card of my friend, bad service, i called to hotel more than 10 times, to contact with accounting manager, and one of that called they put me on hold more than 20min with international calls !!!!!! Too bad service
movenpick hotel is in the grand zam zam area where the building is still within the scope of the haram. the hotel lobby is on the 11th floor, the hotel elevator is separated for the odd floors and the other even. if going to the unlawful mosque we will pass the grand zam zam mall on the ground floor
Hotel is too expensive compared to other in the region. Rooms are very small. Hallway too noisy. Kids playing a knight long disturbing others. Break good but restaurant too busy. Star need training. A
This is my second time stay in this hotel. Distance to HARAM is very near. Experience to check in very fast. Quality of the room is very good and no noise surrounding. About the breakfast i really enjoy and the quality of the breakfast is perfect.
My stay was good overall. The welcome at check in was good. The person checking us in spoke English and was cheerful. The in room dining was excellent. The room cleanup was fabulous. Met some of the staff for cleanup service, and they were very polite and heartwarming. Loved coming back to a clean and tidy room. However there were improvements that could be made. For instance, spoons and cutlery could've been provided without request. I would expect these things without asking for it in a 5* hotel. Furthermore, doors connecting to neighbouring rooms were not soundproof. We could hear our neighbours and I am sure they could hear us too. There was an electric cooker but we had no use for it, since there was no pots or pans. Disclaimer: This review isn't a complaint or praise but a constructive criticism so others are able to enjoy it better. I'm sure the hotel will improve where they can through this review and serve a better experience to future guests.
I am a Circle M memeber and have spent 30000 SAR so far at this hotel this year. Far from being treated as a valued guest, i was treat very poorly by the front desk, worst experience so far in my 6 years using this hotel. I have decided that I would look elsewhere next time as my loyatly does not count for anything. No upgrade option given, no fruit basket provided in the room, broken shower and tired looking bathroom that needs a fresh tile polishing. The only good side is the breaksat was very good and that too because i have learnt to know the staff over my 6 years use of the hotel.
It is located in clock tower and very near to haram. Good room conditions and polite staff. They are not allowing outside food. Excellent location with very good services. Free internet with good speed.
