Location looks great on map. What we didn’t know is that you have to use three escalators to get out of hotel which passes tbhrough safwa souk! It’s absolute nightmare every time we had to go out you have to pass through crowds getting in and out of souk. Staff were great and thorough. They tried to help with me having a problem with next room. My room had a junction door with another room it felt like they are sat with us in room. Doors in this hotel are paper like you hear every step and every break outside. Breakfast was limited and surprisingly every item was cold! Never seen fool and falafel that cold! Eggs was ok of course because a guy was dedicated to do it as you want it. Shower and bathroom was ok.

Nice and convenient hotel to the Haram The only issue I found was getting into the hotel to the reception. Its actually through the shopping mall, so we had to drag our luggage through the mall as we couldn’t see the bell boy anywhere! We asked a few people and found the lifts up to the hotel reception! To leave the bell boy took our luggage all the way through the mall and to side road to get a taxi!
