The hotel is nice and its location isexcellent for those want to experience being few seconds from Elharam. The challenge is we are not aware of the direction andit was confusing how wecan get to the streets outside to get a taxi. The staff need to provide orientation anout entraces and exits of the hotel along witb a map

I am only rating 3 stars because there was methane gas smell from the bathroom. Would dissappear after shower was on for few minutes. Complained to management, they reacted quickly but the plumber came, turned on water for couple min and said nothing was wrong. Also, only few elevators so you have to wait 10 to 15 min sometime for elevators. On positive note, staff friendly. Place is very convenient, right in front of masjid Haram. 8 night stay.

Prime Location Near the Haram Unbeatable proximity: The hotel is just steps away from the Holy Mosque (Al-Masjid Al-Haram), making it incredibly convenient to attend prayers at any time. Easy and quick it is to get to the Haram, saving time and energy for worship. Rooms are spacious, clean, and family-friendly, with enough amenities to ensure a pleasant stay. My suites feature separate living spaces, kitchenettes, and multiple bathrooms, which is especially helpful for families.
